Refund & Exchange Policy

At ERZA, we get that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay. We offer the option to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags must be fully attached

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Please return items via tracked shipping to ensure they reach us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that carry traces of aftershave, makeup, body odour, or cigarette smoke, due to hygiene standards
